Copyright & Reproduction Rights
Last updated: October 26, 2026
Purchasing an original artwork or Limited Edition print transfers ownership of the physical artwork. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, publishing rights, merchandising rights, or commercial licensing rights.
Charles Bibbs and any other applicable rights holders retain their copyrights unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise. Studio B publishes and licenses authorized uses within the scope of its formal publishing and licensing agreements. Studio B does not claim ownership of copyrights that have not been transferred to it.
Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, the artwork may not be reproduced, scanned, photographed for commercial reproduction, printed on merchandise, used in advertising, distributed as a digital file, minted or used as a digital collectible, or otherwise exploited commercially without written authorization from the applicable rights holder or authorized licensing representative.
Artwork images, thumbnails, product photography, text, and other materials displayed on BibbsEditions.com are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Website access does not grant a license to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create commercial derivative works from those materials.
Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict uses that applicable law expressly permits without authorization, including legally recognized exceptions. Questions about reproduction, publishing, merchandise, institutional use, or commercial licensing may be directed to support@cbibbs.com.
